1. Who we are
Mindful Centre ("we", "us") provides mental-health consultation services, both at our clinic and online, along with this website for booking and managing your appointments.
These Terms of Service govern your use of the website and our services. By creating an account or booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
Your account is identified by your mobile number and secured with one-time passcodes. Keep your phone secure — anyone with access to your number can access your account.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details on your profile. You can update your name, email, and phone number at any time from your account page.
Accounts are personal. Do not book appointments on behalf of another person without their consent.
3. Appointments, cancellations & refunds
Appointments can be booked, rescheduled, and cancelled from your account. Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment so the slot can be offered to someone else.
Repeated no-shows may limit your ability to self-book online.
Fees are communicated before you book. Refunds for cancelled paid appointments are handled by our reception team — contact the clinic for assistance.
4. Not an emergency service
Our services are not a substitute for emergency care. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger or crisis, contact your local emergency number or a suicide-prevention helpline right away.
5. Privacy & confidentiality
Your therapy records, prescriptions, and invoices are confidential and visible only to you and the clinical staff involved in your care.
We send appointment reminders and appointment links to your registered phone number. You consent to receiving these service messages when you create an account.
We never sell your personal information.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website: no attempts to access other patients’ data, disrupt the service, or use it for anything unlawful.
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
